Set on the Portfolio Lifestyle Farm, a working pecan and pomegranate farm, guests are surrounded by the majestic Babylonstoren mountain range. Whether staying at the elegant guesthouse or the charming cottage, visitors are invited to Eat, Sleep & Relax while enjoying the peaceful rhythm of nature and farm life.

THE OWNERS
Lindsay & Heather Welham, are the owners of Portfolio Lifestyle Farm, which is tucked away in the picturesque Hemel-en-Aarde Valley. They share a passion for farming, nature and hospitality.
Alongside their array of dogs, a curious cat, a small flock of friendly sheep, blue cranes, guinea fowls and staff, they have become custodians of this unique farm. They have created a space where all can thrive in harmony, and they can live their dream.
Purchasing the farm in late 2018, they moved to the farm during the 2020 pandemic and decided to sell up in Cape Town. Having a vision for the land, they started laying out the farm, planting trees and renovating buildings, all while still holding down income earning jobs.
After putting the city life behind them and learning patience, they have planted thousands of pecan and pomegranate trees, started a tree nursery, re-established dams, renovated buildings, and now have a going concern in its infancy . They enjoy sharing their piece of paradise with family and friends.
