LOUNGE
The pistachio front door opens to an entrance hall and leads to a large lounge and cocktail bar. There is a wood burner fireplace for the colder days and evenings, and a huge smart TV for sport fans (with DSTV and Netflix). Under the staircase is a downstairs guest loo.
KITCHEN
A bespoke kitchen has a large island that houses a bar fridge and microwave oven. For the cooking enthusiast there is a 900 gas hob/electric oven. A fridge/ freezer, ice machine, Nespresso, dishwasher, washing machine and drier complete this area.
DINING ROOM
The spacious dining room with its custom designed French Oak table can comfortably seat 12, and clay pot fireplace creates the perfect ambiance on colder days.
UPSTAIRS
BEDROOMS
The 3 deluxe bedrooms are well appointed. They all have stylish en-suite bathrooms for your comfort and privacy. For your convenience each bedroom has TV and hairdryer.
STUDY
The loft study, has a desk and TV, for those needing some refuge.
OUTDOORS
TERRACE
Double doors open from the dining room and a sliding door from the lounge open onto a beautiful grassed terrace and large garden with sweeping mountains views. Barbeques (gas & wood), firepit, low seating and dining tables complete the outdoor living area, for your enjoyment of the mountain air, and magnificent vistas. Behind the house, between the trees, there is another fire pit to enjoy.

- Access to walk on the farm and swim in the dams
- Access to trails for cycling and running.

- Smoking/ Vaping is not permitted indoors. (R2 000 cleaning fee)
- Cigarette butts– please do not throw in the garden, use the outside bin, (R 500 cleaning fee)

- Cell Phone Reception: Cell phone service may be limited on the farm.

Please Note:
- Water: Our water comes from the mountain or the dams. The water may have a brown discoloration. It is safe to drink. Please use water sparingly
- Electricity: We are not yet off grid. During storms, trees may bring down power lines. A generator would be arranged at no charge. Please use sparingly
- Laundry: The house is equipped with a washing machine, tumble-dryer and outdoor drying line. We take no responsibility for any damage to your laundry.
